DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery - UK
- Free delivery on all UK orders from Bank Tackle.
- Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or similar courier.
- All order are guaranteed same day dispatch, if ordered before 2pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
- Some deliveries may require a signature.
- Upgraded next day deliveries are only guaranteed next day if the orders are received before the 2pm cut off time (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
Delivery - World Wide (Including EU)
- International delivery costs may vary.
- Deliveries will require a signature.
- Deliveries are estimated to arrive 7-10 workings days after payment is received.
- VAT and Duties are paid in the country of purchase.
- Please make sure you provide full contact details including a contact telephone number.
Returns
- We offer Free returns on all UK orders.
- Returns/cancellations/refunds accepted up to 60 days.
- All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Goods must be returned in their original unused condition.
